On March 26, the comprehensive development project of Guidong traditional Chinese medicine was officially signed with Jiangxi Guangming Investment Management Co., Ltd. Wu Zhiping, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and head of the county, and Gao Guangming, Chairman of Jiangxi Guangming Investment Management Co., Ltd., respectively signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

It was reported that the total investment scale of the comprehensive development project of Guidong County is 2 billion yuan. It was planned to complete the investment of 300 million yuan by the end of 2021, 700 million yuan by the end of 2023, and complete the total investment by the end of 2025. It mainly invests in the construction of forest land circulation forestry, the combination of planting and breeding under the forest, the industrial chain of Chinese herbal medicine processing, warehousing and logistics industrial park; the industrial chain of forest property rights circulation and logging, primary wood processing, deep wood processing; projects in the fields of ecological scale breeding and cultural tourism forest health.

The construction of the project will give full play to the natural environment advantages of our county, make use of the woodland space of Guidong, combine the financial resources of Guangming Investment Management Co., Ltd. and the advantageous resources in the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry, jointly build modern forestry, and realize the development goal of "lucid waters and lush mountains" into "invaluable assets".
